                                  FQHCmd is aware that HRSA is planning and executing an increased number of HRSA Operational Assessments nationwide. We have developed a 3 to 5 day intensive on-site Internal Operational Assessment (IOA) that covers all areas of that will be reviewed by HRSA including: 

                                  Section I: Need – Including Needs Assessment & Required and Additional Services 

                                  Section II: Services – Including Staffing, Accessible Hours of Operation/Locations, After Hours Coverage, Hospital Admitting Privileges and Continuum of Care, Sliding Fee Discounts, Quality Improvement/Assurance Plan 

                                  Section III: Management and Finance – Key Management Staff, Contractual/Affiliation Agreements, Collaborative Relationships, Financial Management and Control Policies, Billings and Collections, Budget, Program Data Reporting Systems, Scope of Project 

                                  Section IV: Governance – Board Authority, Board Composition, Conflict of Interest Policy

                                  This is a cost-effective, confidential review of all 19 Program Requirements from HRSA and will review and identify all strengths and weaknesses of your organization and include recommendations for corrective actions.

                                  This Assessment is typically completed and reporting is presented within 21 days of commencement including 3 to 5 days on-site by both partners (costs included in quote).  All results and recommendations  are confidential and only presented to the health center management and/or board of directors.
